How it works · 03 movements

From the life you want, to this Tuesday.

Most longevity tools start from your weight, your steps, your sleep. We start from the only thing that actually matters: what you want to be doing in your eighties and nineties — and what that takes.

01

Imagine the life you want at ninety.

You're ninety. Saturday morning. What are you doing? Pick five to eight specific capabilities — carry a grandchild, hike for an hour, get up off the floor, read a demanding book. You can't plan for what you can't picture, and the picture is the point.

↳ The Long Game · 5 min
02

See the math you've been ignoring.

Strength, VO₂ max, balance — almost everything declines linearly after 50. Beyond shows you the capacity each capability actually requires at 90, the slope from where you are today, and the level you have to bank by 60 to stay ahead of decline.

↳ Decline curves · honest, not scary
03

Get a plan, and a coach who knows it.

Five dials — aerobic, strength, stability, nutrition, sleep — with a weekly plan you actually understand. The AI coach is grounded in a curated library, cites every claim, never gives medical advice, and adjusts your plan in conversation as life moves.

↳ Coach + library + adaptive plan

The library is the why.

Beyond is built on a curated knowledge base — every concept page is original, reviewed by a clinician, and cited to peer-reviewed literature and the experts who shaped the field. The coach reads from this. You can too.

The coach

An advisor who has read everything.

A longevity coach you'd hire if you could afford one — running on a curated library, available at any hour, citing every clinical claim, and refusing to give medical advice your physician should give. Adapts your plan in conversation.

My doctor only ordered LDL-C. Should I push back and ask for ApoB?
Worth pushing back, in your case especially. LDL-C measures the cholesterol carried; ApoB counts the particles themselves — and what damages arteries is particles, not payload. ApoB

For low-risk patients, the two numbers usually agree. The cases where they disagree — insulin resistance, T2D, low HDL with high triglycerides — are exactly the cases we want to risk-stratify well. Discordance

Honest answers

Common questions, plainly answered.

01

Is this medical advice?

No, deliberately. Beyond is education and frameworks. Wherever your situation crosses into clinical territory — symptoms, conditions, medication decisions — the coach defers to your physician. We can help you arrive at the appointment prepared; we can't replace the visit.

02

Who is this for?

Two audiences in v1: the health-curious professional in their 30s–50s who has read Outlive and wants the next step, and the trained athlete who has the body work down but hasn't thought about how today's training compounds into 90-year-old function. We don't yet support active complex conditions.

03

Why one-time pricing instead of subscription?

Because the audience is subscription-fatigued and we want the product to earn its $149 once, not its $9 a month forever. The unit economics work: hard rate limits, model-aware routing, and self-selected paid users keep cost-of-goods well under what the unlock covers.

04

How do you know any of this is right?

Every concept page in the library is reviewed by a clinician before publish, cites peer-reviewed literature and named experts, and gets a refresh review at least annually. The coach is grounded via retrieval against the library — it doesn't free-form claims.

05

Do you connect to my Whoop or Oura?

Not in v1. We made the deliberate choice that the first version of Beyond would be journal-based — the act of typing 'I slept badly because the kids were up' is more useful for planning than auto-logged 6h12m.

06

Is Beyond affiliated with Peter Attia?

No. The framework that anchors the product — backwards-engineering training from late-life capabilities — is widely discussed and not anyone's intellectual property. Attia's published work is one of many sources informing our library, alongside research papers, named experts, and clinical guidelines.
